Durable Construction

 Key-Link aluminum is light and flexible for easy installation, but it’s strong and built to handle extreme temperatures as well as withstand heat, snow, and rain. A full-length vinyl liner prevents metal-on-metal rattling. Additionally, all sections are a full 5, 6, 7, or 8 feet

Premium Powder Coating

Each piece of our aluminum rail is expertly coated in-house with AAMA 2604 standard powder coating for resistance to sun, heat, and humidity. You can find a detailed description of our powder-coating process here. For coastal projects that require long-term weather protection, Key-Link strongly suggests our coastal upgrade, which is primer paired with AAMA 2605 standard coating. This provides additional resistance to moisture and weathering and prevents corrosion in a saltwater environment.
